Eased back from Saturday company after finishing last in a Benchmark 85 over 2020m at Doomben, beaten nine and a half lengths after beginning slowly and offering little late. His previous Doomben fifth behind Rock Hard Love was much better, beaten two lengths after picking up well. Place claims look stronger than the win case.

Well held in an Open at Birdsville last start, finishing second last and beaten over 14 lengths after jumping awkwardly and making no impression from the rear. His track-and-distance placings keep him in the minor mix. Certainly one to forgive.

Lifted nicely second-up at Beaudesert, finishing third in a Class 4 over 1200m and beaten just over half a length after jumping awkwardly but settling prominently and letting down well. He had charged home from the rear in a Benchmark 65 at this venue prior, so the return to 1400m is no concern given his two wins around the trip. Weight relief and the winning rider back make him the one to beat.

Had little go right early when hampered at the start before finishing seventh in a Benchmark 70 at Sunshine Coast, beaten just over seven lengths but making some ground from well back. The run prior is the key reference, a head third in the same grade after being forced wide near the turn. Class drop, wet-track record and blinkers make her a strong danger.

Tailed off in an Open at Lismore last week at long odds, with no clear excuse after she weakened right out on soft ground. Her Doomben Benchmark 78 run two back was far more competitive, leading and finishing last but only beaten just over two lengths behind Liberty Park. Her close Doomben Benchmark 78 run two back keeps her in place calculations.

Worked home fairly from back in the field when fifth to Music Fever in a Class 4 at Beaudesert, beaten four lengths and finishing behind Outakandy. His prior Kilcoy second was stronger, beaten a nose as a well-supported favourite in a Benchmark 65. Each-way at best.

Second-up after finishing last in an Open at this track, beaten over 16 lengths when unwanted in the market and unable to improve from the rear. He also ended his previous campaign with a heavy defeat at Toowoomba in a Benchmark 60, beaten over 15 lengths. Blinkers would have to spark major improvement.
