Has been building steadily this campaign and his latest fourth in Class 3 company at this track, beaten three lengths by The Heir, was sound enough after starting as an outside chance. The start prior he was sixth, beaten just under three lengths behind Danica's Choice. Proven at this track and distance and looks a major winning chance.

Returns from a five-month break after a poor 12th at Sha Tin, beaten just over six lengths by Mr Incredible when at long odds and making no progress in the straight. His previous run was no better, finishing last at this track over 1000m after being tailed off. Has past ability, but must lift sharply.

Bounced back strongly at this track last start, coming wide into the straight and finishing off hard to beat Dan Attack by a neck. That was a clear turnaround from his eighth at Sha Tin over 1000m, where he was taken back and never made real ground. Has to prove he can repeat it, but place claims are clear.

Has put together two strong thirds at this track and looks ready to convert. He was beaten only a neck by Brownneedsfurther two runs back after racing wide and staying on well, then finished third to Charming Babe last start, beaten a length and a half. Brings the right recent form and rates on top.

Resumed with an eighth at Sha Tin, beaten five lengths by Mighty Profit after settling midfield, and that run had no clear excuse. His broader profile is better than that, with one win and six places from ten starts overall and two placings from three attempts at this track and distance. Can rebound.

Had some merit in his latest sixth at this track, beaten four lengths by Flashing Fighter after being widest into the home straight. His previous eighth came in Class 3 company behind Danica's Choice, where he could not sustain his run. Third-up and proven at this track and distance, so he can place.

Was unwanted in the market and finished second last at this track last start, beaten four and a half lengths by Malpensa after racing wide and fading late. He had been sixth behind Kwai Chung Talents at this venue the run prior, again at big odds. Others appeal more.

Finished seventh first-up at Sha Tin, beaten just over three lengths by Let's Have Fun after settling rearward, and the weight relief now is a genuine help. The concern is that his start prior was an eighth in Class 3 company at Sha Tin when unwanted in betting and losing touch late.

Was safely held on debut at Sha Tin, finishing tenth and beaten nine lengths by Let's Have Fun after making no impression late. He was big odds there, so the market gave little guide toward an immediate breakthrough. Weight relief helps, but he must improve sharply.

Makes his debut from barrier two for David A Hayes and is a $36,000 weanling purchase. With no official race form, the assessment has to remain measured, and the trainer's debut figures supplied are modest rather than compelling. Place hope only until he shows race-day form.

Arrives in strong order after winning at this track last start, edging Unstoppaple by a neck when near the top of betting. That followed a sound second to Live Wire, beaten a length and a half, so his current preparation has substance. Track-and-distance profile keeps him right in this.

Sprang a surprise in Class 5 company last start, winning by a neck at this track from Falcon Hunter after making a strong move into the straight. He now rises in class, but the weight relief is significant and his two wins and one place from four starts at this track and distance read well. Strong track-and-distance figures give him a place profile.

Returns from a one-month let-up after a fourth in a Class 2 on the All-Weather, where he began slowly but had his chance and was beaten just under four lengths by Definitive. He had earlier led over 2000m at Sha Tin and was beaten just over two lengths at big odds. Back in grade and proven at the trip, but this track remains the query.

Arrives off a determined win at this track, beating Riding Together by a head when near the top of an open market. That was a clear turnaround from his Sha Tin seventh, where he was wide into the straight and beaten just over eight lengths. Has to back it up, but the recent win gives him genuine place claims.

Back after five weeks on the sidelines following a flat first-up run at Sha Tin, where he finished last of 14 and was unwanted in the market. His earlier G2 third at Cidade Jardim reads well on paper, but the latest effort left him with plenty to repair. Has G2 form elsewhere yet must lift sharply here.

Has been safely held in two runs this campaign, finishing tenth at this track over 1800m before dropping away on the All-Weather. The positive is his strong record at this track and distance, with three wins and two placings from nine starts, and he is now third-up.

Returns from a one-month let-up after starting favourite over 1800m at Sha Tin and finishing sixth, beaten just over four lengths after settling back and failing to quicken. His fourth over 1400m prior was more encouraging, and he has already won once from two starts at this distance. Back to 1650m, Purton rides, and his distance record makes him the one to beat.

Back after four weeks since a better sixth at Sha Tin, beaten two and a half lengths at long odds after being bumped and still making some headway. That was a clear lift on his 12th over 1200m, though he remains winless from his past four starts in the past 12 months. Still has a 1650m query, but the latest run was good enough for place claims.

Back after four weeks following a near miss at this track, beaten a nose by Audacious Pursuit after finishing off well in a race run in class-record time. That was a sharp response to his second-last at Sha Tin, where he made no impression. Gets a 3kg claim and looks a strong winning chance if he holds that form.

Back after four weeks and better placed at 1650m after fading late as favourite over 1400m at Sha Tin, beaten two and a half lengths by Celestial Hero. He had also been well-supported at this venue two back when sixth, so the market has continued to respect him.

Back after four weeks since finishing tenth at this track, beaten six and a half lengths after settling midfield and failing to finish off. His prior eighth at the same venue was at least closer, but he was still a big-odds runner and did not produce a winning threat. Has placed once at the course and trip, but recent finishing effort is a concern.

Back after five weeks off a tenth at Sha Tin, though the run had more merit than the position suggests after he was bumped and worked home evenly, beaten just over three lengths. He was also only just over three lengths away when sixth two back. New to 1650m, but last-start margin was modest and he has upside.

Ran evenly when fifth at Sha Tin last start, beaten just over two lengths by Packing Fighter at generous odds. His previous sixth had more merit after he was unable to secure clear running early in the straight and was only beaten a length and a half. Distance record is the sticking point, so he looks more fringe than main hope.

Returns from a one-month let-up after a ninth on the All-Weather, where he faded late and was beaten seven and a half lengths. His prior sixth at this venue was more competitive, beaten just under three lengths, and his track-and-distance record is strong with three wins and three placings from 17 starts. Proven at this track and trip, but recent form has to improve quickly.

Returns from a lengthy spell after ending last campaign with a poor tenth at Caulfield, beaten over 12 lengths after looking ready to challenge before weakening badly. His earlier ninth in the G3 Carbine Club Stakes at Randwick was more respectable, beaten just under four lengths by Autumn Break in Open company. G3 background gives him some substance, but the 1200m record keeps him in the place mix only.

Hit the line as a genuine winning threat when second at this track last start, beaten a neck by Bright Day after being near the top of an open market. That followed another narrow second at this venue, beaten a nose by Wings Of War, so his current form is hard to fault. Proven at this track and distance and looks a serious winning chance again.

Stayed on mildly for third at this track last start, beaten just under three lengths by Leading Agility after being unwanted in the market. The start prior was plain when second last behind Bright Day, and he has also been beaten by Target Audience in recent course form. Has to lift again to threaten.

Worked home along the inside for fifth at this track last start, beaten three and a half lengths by Leading Agility, and the first two had slipped well clear. His prior ninth at Sha Tin over 1000m was also only fair, though he did close off mildly. Shapes more as a minor-place chance.

Returns from a six-week freshening after finishing second last at this track, beaten just over five lengths behind Prestige Always after working home evenly. His previous fourth at this venue was far stronger, beaten just under two lengths by Harmony N Blessed when well found in an open market. Winning rider returns, but he must find the form of his earlier fourth here.

Produced a strong first-up win in Class 4 at this track, beating Cloud Nine by two and a half lengths after beginning well and being near the top of an open market. He rises to Class 3 now, but the profile is progressive: two wins from four starts overall and two wins from four at the distance. Rises in grade, but the rider-horse record makes him a major player.

Was beaten seven lengths at Sha Tin last start after being bumped early and fading late, which leaves him with ground to make up on this field. The run prior was also below expectations, finishing 11th as a well-supported favourite behind Absolute Heart. Distance record helps, but current form is a concern.

Improved at his second run back when third at this track, beaten two and a half lengths by Ace Champion after leading and only being headed inside the final 150m. His first-up fourth on the All-Weather had excuses after racing prominently in a messy run. Barrier two suits his pattern and he looks one of the key chances.

Has returned in excellent order, winning in Class 4 at this track two runs back before finishing second last start, beaten just under two lengths by The Heir after staying on well. His course-and-distance record is a major strength, with two wins and one placing from four attempts, and Zac Purton has won twice on him. Drawn one with strong track-and-distance credentials.

Faded late after pressing forward when last at this track, beaten four lengths by Bright Day, and he also comes through a race where Target Audience finished ahead of him. His fourth here the start prior was a better guide, beaten just over two lengths by Ace Champion after challenging early in the straight. Capable of improving third-up, with place claims stronger than win claims.

Made no impression late when 11th at Sha Tin last start, beaten six and a half lengths by Baby Sakura after being unwanted in the market. Two back he was ninth behind Aerovolanic, beaten three lengths at long odds, so the current campaign has not built any momentum. Minor claims only if he rebounds.

Finished sixth on Sha Tin Aw last start but was beaten seven lengths by Bustling City at long odds, following an 11th at Sha Tin when unwanted in the market. Past track and distance wins are noted, but he has plenty to find on current form.

Arrives in peak form after successive wins at this track, most recently beating All Out For Six by just over a length after covering ground into the straight. He also beat Tycoon Resources by a head the run prior, and his two wins and two places from six starts at this track and distance underline the suitability. Clearly the one to beat.

Stuck on fairly when fourth to Ace Champion at this track last start, beaten three lengths after being unwanted in the market. His prior fifth behind Prestige Always was sharper, beaten just over a length and finishing off with purpose. A place hope if he sharpens up.

Second-up after an eighth at Sha Tin over 1400m where he was held up early in the straight and finished just over three lengths from Celestial Hero. The issue is that his run prior was an 11th at Sha Tin at long odds, beaten six and a half lengths after fading late.
