Races PR Belmont

Arrives in excellent order after successive wins, most recently beating Pucker Up by a head at Ascot despite racing wide throughout. That followed a Mdn win at Northam when sent out favourite, so his form has substance as well as consistency. Looks to get plenty of favours again and can keep the ball rolling.

Resumes after three months off with a recent Lark Hill trial behind him. Ended last campaign seventh in Open company at this venue, beaten five and a half lengths after settling back and being held up early. Disappointed before the break and his trial left plenty to be desired.

Resumed with a strong second at Northam, beaten a long neck by Blue Destiny after tracking the speed and working home evenly in a Mdn. He did fail to make an impact in the G2 Karrakatta Plate before the break, but this is a more suitable target than that. Showed enough on resumption and he can go one better this time.

Makes race debut after two Lark Hill trials, the latest a third over 400m. There is not much race evidence to work with, and the stable's debut statistics are modest, so the market may be the best guide. Hard to have on debut.

Returns from an eight-month break after finishing fifth as favourite at Ascot, beaten three and a half lengths when he led and was swamped late. His debut fifth in the Listed Perth Stakes was more encouraging, beaten just over two lengths at long odds. Nice trial coming in and he can play a role.

Comes back from Saturday company after finishing sixth at Ascot in a 1 Metro Win, beaten two and a half lengths with no clear excuse. Two back at this venue she was again sixth in Open grade but not far away on soft ground. Back to an easier race now and she can return to winning ways.

Drops out of the Listed Max Simmonds Stakes after finishing second last at Ascot, beaten six and a half lengths when unwanted in the market. Her previous seventh at this track was better than it reads, only just under three lengths from Achy Breaky despite racing wide. Better suited in this event and she can run a much-improved race.

Placed at both starts but is still chasing a first win, most recently third at Northam in a Mdn after leading and being run down as favourite. She was beaten only a long neck on debut, so there is genuine ability, but the jump to a harder meeting asks more. Tougher now and others make more appeal.
