Races CRO Seoul - KOR

Lifted a little when fourth at this track last start, albeit still beaten six and a half lengths by Victory Secret after settling rearward and starting at long odds. The run prior was a plain seventh, beaten just under nine lengths, and she remains unplaced from nine starts. First-time blinkers and a class drop help, but her 1400m record keeps her more in the place mix than as a clear winning hope.

Led narrowly over 1700m at this venue last start before being swamped late and finishing fifth, beaten just over six lengths by Samjeong Blue. That was a better effort than her ninth the run before, when beaten over 14 lengths, but she has managed only one placing from eleven starts. Back to 1400m, where she has placed, she can be included underneath without looking a strong win play.

Worked home evenly for third over 1700m at this track last start, beaten just under four lengths by Powerful Arctic, and that was a clear step up on his previous seventh. He comes back to 1400m for the first time, which asks a question, but his latest run is among the stronger recent pieces of form in this field and keeps him firmly in the winning discussion.

Was last at this venue three weeks ago, beaten over 18 lengths by Skylor Taeha after settling back and weakening right out of it. Her third two starts ago at long odds shows she has some capacity to run into a minor spot, and she has placed at around this distance, but the latest effort leaves a significant turnaround required.

Finished last over 1700m at this track last start, beaten a long way by Powerful Arctic, and there was little in the run to recommend him. His previous sixth over 1200m was also beaten over 16 lengths, despite working home. He is unplaced from four starts and tackles around 1400m for the first time, so a major form reversal is required.

Returns from a five-week freshening after a solid second at this venue on soft ground, beaten two lengths by Tongkwaehanseungja after settling rearward. That followed a disappointing fifth as favourite over 1000m, but his overall profile is sound for this grade with two placings from three starts. Already placed at the trip, he shapes as a reliable minor-money chance.

Returns from a two-month freshening after finishing seventh over 1200m at this track, beaten just over six lengths by Yeondong Star when near the top of an open market. Two starts back he was second at long odds and only just run down. The step to 1400m is untested, but that close placing gives him a genuine base for a minor placing here.

Caught the eye when fourth at this venue last start, beaten three lengths by Jeju Blue after having plenty to do from well back. She was sent out favourite there, and her previous second to Samjeong Yeoje adds further weight to the case. The 1400m record is the query, but her recent efforts are clearly good enough to make her the horse to beat.

Returns from a five-week freshening and is now third-up after two educational runs at this track. He was fifth last start, beaten five and a half lengths by Tongkwaehanseungja, but kept working when never a winning hope. His debut fourth over 1000m also had merit from well back, and with further improvement he has the right profile to threaten strongly.

Returns from a two-month freshening after finishing fourth at this venue, beaten four and a half lengths by The Queen Rose when unwanted in the market. His previous fourth was a wider-margin effort, and his overall record of one placing from eleven starts remains a concern. Unplaced in five tries at this track and distance, he has more to prove than the main hopes.

Has been beaten over 13 lengths at each of his past two starts, most recently seventh behind Dongbaek after conceding a huge start and only working fairly to the line. He has placed once at this track and distance, but the recent form trend is flat and he was also second last behind Samjeong Blue two back. Others bring stronger current claims.
