That followed a strong G3 Strickland Stakes win at Belmont Park, where he beat Let's Galahvant by a length and a half as a prohibitive odds-on favourite. Staying at 1400m may be a niggle, but he can sit much closer this time and should be better for the fresh effort.

Returns from a five-week let-up after being beaten over 13 lengths at Kalgoorlie last start, where he was at long odds, covered ground and could not make ground from the rear. This is harder company than that provincial assignment. Just not going well enough at the moment.

The run prior was a tenth in the G3 Hyperion Stakes, again at big odds, and he was never a serious factor. Waiting until he gets out over further.

Resumed with a sound fifth in the Listed R S Crawford Stakes at this track over 1200m, beaten just over a length at generous odds by Hot And High. The return to 1400m is a significant plus given she has three wins and three placings from six starts around the trip, including a perfect place record at this track and distance. The Crawford form has stacked up and she can play a role.
