Returns from a five-month break after finishing last in the Listed Tattersall's Mile at this track, beaten just over nine lengths after racing wide and being hampered late. His previous fifth in the Listed Spear Chief Handicap had more merit, and three trials give him some fresh interest. If he can get back to somewhere near his best he's right up to this.

Had every chance over 1600m on heavy ground last start and faded to sixth, beaten eight and a half lengths, but his Listed Tattersall's Members Cup third at this track two back was much stronger. Back to 1400m is a major plus, with two wins and four places from six tries at this track and distance. Back to 1400m gives him a strong rebound case.

Has been out of the placings in both runs this campaign, most recently second last to Just Precious in a Class 6 at Doomben after beginning slowly and making only late ground. His Randwick BM94 run prior was also plain, but the class drop, weight relief and strong 1400m record give him a better platform. He is not flying, yet his best figures are good enough to put him into the minor-money discussion. Worth keeping in mind.

He has had two trials and will be fitter for a latest third at Deagon, while his distance record includes two placings. Trial third helps, but race form has to improve sharply.

Held his form well when fifth in the Listed Tattersall's Members Cup at this track, beaten only a length despite being unwanted in the market. That followed a narrow Gold Coast third when beaten half a length, so the recent form has substance. Proven at 1400m and right in the winning mix.

Backs up quickly after an eighth in a Doomben Class 6 over 1615m, beaten just under six lengths after pressing forward. His previous eighth behind Just Precious was more encouraging, making up good ground and finishing three and a half lengths away. The weight relief, wet-track record and strong 1400m profile bring him into calculations, though he still has to lift on current-campaign form. Happy looking to others.

Has been safely held in two runs this campaign, finishing seventh at Doomben last start when unwanted in the market and easily accounted for after tracking the speed. Her Listed Weetwood Hcp run prior was also plain, though she does have a win and a place from five starts at this track and distance. Blinkers come off and the close trial is a small positive, but others bring stronger race form. Happy to miss.

Arrives in peak form with three wins in a row, the latest a Doomben Class 6 where she was a well-supported favourite and beat Ten Deep by just under a length. She had also won a BM85 at this track start prior after overcoming an awkward beginning and producing late. The in-form runner and hard to get past.

Has finished fifth at both runs this campaign, most recently at Doomben when slow away, held up by home-turn interference and still made solid inroads to be beaten just under three lengths. He was also honest behind Restonica start prior after missing the start. Reliable place profile with the right run.
