His previous third in a Class 6 at Doomben was far better, beaten just under two lengths after pressing forward. Prior Class 6 third was solid, so he can bounce into the placings.

Third-up now after a plain sixth at this track, where he sat handy and worked home evenly without threatening, beaten just under five lengths by Bat Out Of Hell. His Toowoomba third two back was sound after a wide run, but he was at generous odds there and the latest effort lacked punch. Has to find more.

Dual acceptor. Comes here off a 30-day let-up. At the latest run 7th of 9 in a Cl4 at Ipswich on October 8 over 1200m, 2.75 len behind Music Fever with 59kg at $12. The run before that led to the turn then faded 7th of 9 in a Cl5 at Ipswich on September 2 over 1200m, slow going 3.5 len behind Gospel Girl carrying 58kg at $10. Cannot enthuse.

Missed narrowly at Doomben when fourth to Spiethtacular, beaten just over half a length after being hampered approaching the turn. That followed a strong Open win at this track on soft ground, where she arrived late as favourite to beat Caspernova. Handles wet ground and rates as a major danger.

Dual acceptor. Last start set the pace for much of the race 2nd of 7 in a F&M Cl6 at this track on October 24 over 1000m, in the wet; 0.5 len behind Gospel Girl carrying 55kg at $11. The run before that won by 1.2 len in a Cl5 at Sunshine Coast on September 25 over 1200m on a rain affected track defeating Crackenthorpe carrying 56.5kg at $2.50. Likely to struggle against this line-up.

Returns from a five-month break after a plain provincial BM70 run before the spell, finishing second last at Sunshine Coast and beaten five and a half lengths after jumping awkwardly. His Gold Coast sixth prior was fairer but still short of winning form. Others are stronger.

Was not beaten far in a CG Class 6 at this track last start, leading over 1000m on heavy ground and finishing sixth, just under two lengths from Thelwell. The run prior showed his grit, winning a BM70 at this venue on soft ground and holding out Strada Varenna. Claim helps him hold a place chance.

Comes back quickly after a solid BM72 fourth at this track, beaten just over a length by Tasoraay on heavy ground when prominent throughout. This is a stronger meeting-level assignment, but she receives weight relief and has three wins from seven starts at this venue. Strong track record keeps her in the place picture.

Kept finding for third at this track on soft ground last time, beaten two and a half lengths by Bat Out Of Hell after having work to do. That backed up a decisive BM72 win at Toowoomba, where he came from behind to beat Galpin by just over a length despite some early and straightening contact. More a place hope than a dominant winning chance.

Went close as a well-supported favourite in a BM70 at Doomben, finishing second and beaten half a length by Lebanese after travelling well. He had earlier been fourth to Mercian at this track, beaten just over a length, so the form ties in neatly. Strong winning chance third-up.

Closed off well when sixth at Doomben, beaten just over two lengths by Spiethtacular after being bumped at the start and hanging in late. Her Class 3 second two back had merit after covering ground, and she now reaches the third run of the campaign with weight relief. Wet-track record is a plus and she is the one to beat.

Resumes after six months off following a G1 Queensland Oaks seventh, when she was unwanted in the market but still made some ground from well back and wide, beaten four and a half lengths by Fireball Miss. Her previous Doomben second was much stronger, beaten just under a length. Has placed at this trip and can run well fresh if forward enough.
