Her prior fifth in Quality company at Flemington reads well for this grade, and she is already proven at this track and distance. Carries weight, but the claim helps and her best form is right up to this.

She was fourth in a BM66 at Pakenham before the break, beaten just over a length after covering ground early, and had won a BM62 there the start prior from Noble Work. The Cranbourne trials were mixed, but the earlier placing was encouraging, and her wet-track record is sound enough for this. Handles wet ground and looks the one to beat.

Honest mare who comes through a BM70 third at Horsham, beaten three and a half lengths after leading at big odds. She had also boxed on for fourth in a FM BM62 at Bendigo, so the recent pattern is solid without being dominant. Winning edge is limited, but she has a solid place profile.

Returns from a two-month let-up after disappointing as a well-supported favourite at Hamilton, finishing sixth in a BM56 and beaten three and a half lengths. She was steadied late, but had only held ground to that point. The Mildura win is a positive, but the class rise and track record make this tougher.

She gets useful weight relief from that run and should be fitter third-up, but this is a stronger assignment and her record around 1103m is still unconvincing. Class rise and the shorter trip temper the enthusiasm, but she is in the mix.

That followed a heavy defeat at Sale where she jumped awkwardly, raced wide and was eased, so the latest run is the better guide. If she repeats that, she is right in the minor-money hunt.

The run prior at Kilmore was better than fifth suggests after she was held up passing the 300m before making ground. Weight relief helps, but she has to turn the tables at a higher grade.

Has been fair rather than threatening this campaign, finishing fifth in a FM BM62 at Ballarat last start after beginning awkwardly. She was also fifth at Tatura two back at big odds, with a wide run adding some context but not enough to elevate the form. Looks a rough place hope only if things fall her way.
