His debut sixth had excuses after he began slowly, and he now looks fitter third-up. Must offset the wide draw, but he is progressing quickly.

His previous fourth at Wagga Riverside was better, but that came in a small field and he failed to finish off after pressing forward. First go around 1300m adds another test.

Produced her best recent result when third at Albury last start, beaten just under three lengths at $41, though she did race wide passing the 600m. That was a clear step back from her prior 12th behind Kasuma Goddess, when she was beaten over 11 lengths at long odds. Quick back-up and 1300m record temper the winning case.

She had earlier run second at Wagga, beaten just over half a length, and her latest trial was a solid third at Wagga. If forward enough after the one trial and ready to win.

Jumped at big odds at debut, ran second last of 10 in a Ctry Mdn at Albury on October 10 over 1175m, 9 len behind Regor carrying 55kg at $31. Others look better prospects.
