First-time blinkers are a notable addition, and the Tony and Calvin McEvoy stable combines with Luke Currie, both strong Ballarat factors. Stable strike very well at home and blinkers on suggests he'll be ready to go.

Worked home into third at this track last start, beaten just over four lengths after settling well back and passing runners late. That was a clear step in the right direction after her Geelong eighth, where she was slow away, keen and steadied, and she did finish behind Star Je Taime there. First look at 1600m, but heading the right way.

She had been given three trials beforehand, so there was some grounding, but the race-day effort lacked finish. Second-up, but has to settle and finish off much better.
