That followed a solid third in NMW1Y grade at Kalgoorlie, where he fought hard after racing keenly. The 3kg claim helps with the big weight, and he sets the standard.

Improved to run second at Leinster last week, beaten just over two lengths by Climb On Top in an open market. The concern is the run prior, when eighth in a BM58+ at Geraldton and beaten over 11 lengths after being unwanted in betting.

Soundly beaten by Got Lucky at Leinster last week, finishing fourth by eight and a half lengths after being kept safe in an open market. His previous Leonora second over 1200m was sharper, leading and only being run down late as favourite.

Rebounded strongly at Leinster last week, justifying short odds-on support and beating Western Impact by three lengths. That was a clear lift after finishing fifth to Boab Boy at Leonora, where he settled well back and never got into the race. Has the right credentials to press Boab Boy.

Continued a consistent campaign when second to Got Lucky at Leinster last week, beaten three lengths. He had earlier run third behind Boab Boy at Leonora after beginning slowly and grinding into the placings, so the form ties him directly to the key hopes.

Kept improving when winning a BM56+ at Leonora last start, overcoming early tightening before moving into the race and beating Blowin' Smoke by a length. The Mingenew second in Class B grade two runs back also showed she is racing honestly. The grade rise is the query, but she is going well enough to hold a placing.

Ran third to Got Lucky at Leinster last week, beaten just over three lengths after starting as an outside chance in the betting. Before that he won an Open over 1400m at Landor by four lengths from Mystery Bullet, so he has been holding form.

Placed at Landor at his last two, most recently third in an Open and beaten five lengths by Deal Obtained after being near the top of betting. He meets harder company than that picnic assignment, although the class drop from Open grade and weight relief are positives.
