Closed from a difficult position for second at Canberra last start, beaten just over a length after jumping awkwardly, covering ground and still hitting the line strongly. She had earlier won a 3yo+ Maiden at Newcastle by just over a length from Royal Princess as favourite. The 60kg is the query, but she has a solid track-and-trip place profile.

Steps out of 3yo+ Benchmark 58 company after a sound fourth at Moruya, where he was beaten just under three lengths by Peruno and worked home evenly after being an outside chance in betting. His Bathurst fifth in Benchmark 58 grade came on heavy ground with a hampering near the 400m. Needs to answer the 2000m query, but gets his chance.

Worked home only fairly when eighth at Canberra last start, beaten six and a half lengths by He Likes To Party after giving away a start and never threatening. The Moruya run prior was similar, finishing seventh over 1650m on heavy ground after racing keenly in the middle stages. Needs conditions to fall her way.

Drops in weight after finishing sixth in a 3yo+ Maiden at Newcastle, beaten just over eight lengths behind Liyah's Girl after being hampered on jumping and conceding a big start. The run prior was weaker again, ninth at Newcastle on soft ground at big odds. Place claims only with improvement.

Had excuses at Scone last start after being tightened on jumping and racing wide from the 1000m, but being beaten over 18 lengths still leaves plenty to repair. His previous Newcastle run in a 4yo+ Maiden was also plain, finishing second last after a slow beginning and a check near 1400m. Gear change helps; still needs a clear lift.

Looks better placed than the last-start seventh at Canberra suggests, as he was only beaten just over four lengths at long odds and now returns to a Class 1 with 55kg. His Moruya fifth in Maiden grade was more encouraging, beaten two and a half lengths after being hampered and racing wide. Still a maiden after 13 starts, but this is within reach.

Had no answer in the straight when tenth in a Benchmark 58 at Dubbo over 2200m, beaten a long way by Questionable after travelling in the right spot and dropping out sharply. Two back at Moruya he was much better, second in a 3yo+ Benchmark 58 behind Peruno after leading and being run down late at big odds. Could give some cheek from the inside.
