The concern is the start prior, when he finished last and was well beaten by 24 lengths behind Bernard Handsome. He has placed once from five attempts at this track and distance, but his recent profile leaves others setting a much stronger benchmark.

He was also solid here at the start prior, third to Parme Ciel and beaten just under two lengths after again being heavily backed. With two wins and one placing from three starts overall, and a proven 1600m record, he brings the strongest winning profile.

The run prior at Chukyo Dirt was far better, only beaten just under two lengths behind Now Or Never over 1800m. The drop back in trip is the query, but third-up he can be considered for the placings if he finds that earlier effort.
