Held position to the line when second after settling up with the leaders 4.3L at Kilmore Mdn-Sw over 1450m Heavy 9. Looked in need of further after getting a long way out of ground, sixth 7.6L at Echuca Mdn over 1412m Soft 7.

Went forward to contend for the lead and held on well for second 0.4L at Kilmore Mdn-Sw over 1462m Soft 6. Sat behind the leaders and fought hard over the final stages for third 3.8L at Caulfield Heath Mdn over 1500m Soft 7.

Found one better over the concluding stages after going forward 0.3L at Wodonga Mdn 1300m. Settled behind the pace and ran home gamely for second 0.5L at Geelong Mdn 1412m Heavy 9. Consistent without winning.

Could only hold onto fifth despite looking to have every chance behind the speed 3.7L at Ballarat Mdn-Sw over 1400m. Ran on well and looked a winning chance but was edged out into third spot 1.2L at Southside Pakenham Mdn-Sw over 1600m Soft 6.

Hardly sighted until very late gaining sixth 8.1L at Mornington Mdn-Sw over 1200m Soft 5. Sustained a long run from well back in the field for an outstanding third 3.7L at Ladbrokes Geelong Mdn-Sw over 1412m Heavy 9.

Led, gave everything to hold on however found one better finishing second 1.8L at Wangaratta Mdn-Sw over 2000m. Made ground from midfield and wasn't disgraced for fourth 5.3L at Yarra Valley Mdn-Sw over 1950m.

Gave the leaders a head start but showed best work late for third 2.3L at Pakenham Mdn 1400m Heavy 9. Lightly raced with plenty of upside.

Led the field and dug deep but ultimately outclassed 3.3L at Kyneton F&M Mdn-Sw over 1454m. Came from midfield to run on nicely into third 1.7L at Picklebet Park Werribee Mdn-Sw over 1425m Soft 6. Second-up.

Made up ground from midfield in a grinding effort 2.8L at Flemington 2Y Hcp 1400m. Poised to bounce on the leaders but could only trail into third 2.7L at Moe Mdn 1600m Heavy 10. Expect improvement back on top of the ground.
