No match for the winner but fought on boldly to hold third 1.8L at Southside Pakenham Bm70 over 1600m. Beaten for speed and never came into contention 3.8L at Scone Bm78 over 1700m. Proven class factor but strike rate is a concern.

Settled a long way back but sustained a long run to finish off hard 1.1L at Bendigo Bm74 over 2200m. Tried hard but it was always an uphill battle from settling position 5.8L at Sportsbet Sandown Hillside Bm84 over 2400m Soft 6. Nicely placed by trainer here.

Tried very hard under vigorous riding from midfield but outclassed sixth 3.3L at Morphettville Bm66 over 2014m. Settled fifth and came with a well timed run but found one better when second 0.3L at Casterton Cast Cup over 2000m Soft 6.

Led, kicked but run down late to just miss a place 1L at Morphettville 0-66 over 2535m Soft 6. Raced behind the leaders and ran on nicely for the runner-up spot 1L at Warrnambool Bm70 over 2350m Heavy 8. Ready to break through this prep.
