Driven to the lead but was run down late when second 0.3L at Terang Hcp over 2150m Heavy 10. Settled midfield running on ok late when the race was over, fourth 2.3L Wnbl Cup Listed over 2350m Heavy 10. Likely to benefit from the drop in grade.

Tenacious run for third after going forward in transit 2.6L at Terang Hcp over 2150m Heavy 10. Got back worse than midfield running on ok late into fifth 2.7L Wnbl Cup Listed over 2350m Heavy 10. Should find this easier.

Ran home strongly for second over the final 400m and just missed by a narrow margin 0L at Caulfield Heath Bm66 over 1800m. Did make up some ground in the straight for fifth but never threatened 2.4L Centaurea Listed over 2033m Soft 6. Like chances back to this level.

Loomed as the winner and got to the lead when it mattered most at Sportsbet Sandown Lakeside. Settled a long way back but sustained a long run to finish off hard at Bendigo over 2200m. Rises in trip, gets weight relief and can measure up.
