Races SRX Bathurst

Ran home determinedly over the final stages to gain second 0.8L at Gundagai Bm66 over 1180m Soft 5. Did make up some ground in the straight for fifth but never threatened 2L at Wyong Cg&E Bm64 over 1100m.

Disappointed after finding a nice seat on the pace 2.7L at Mudgee Bm66 over 1100m. Created own luck going forward but couldn't sustain that run late 5L at Bathurst Saddle Cl4 over 1400m.

Always doing the chasing after displaying no early speed 8.3L at Kembla Grange Cg&E Bm64 over 1400m. Great gallop to fly late into second after getting back in the running 2.2L at Bathurst Billaspros(79) over 1100m Soft 5. Has won second-up previously.

Found the lead early but was run down for second 1.3L at Kembla Grange Highway-C3 over 1400m Soft 5. Led the field however was reeled in late for third 4.2L at Orange Bm74 over 1400m Soft 6. Is a first-up winner.

Looked to find a nice spot in-running however was found wanting 3.8L at Mudgee Bm66 over 1100m. Pressed to make a move but failed to make any impression on rivals 4.3L at Dubbo Bm82 over 1100m. Down in grade here so don't dismiss.

Tracked into the race nicely from midfield when holding down third 9.9L at Sapphire Coast Bm66 over 1000m Soft 7. Got back worse than midfield and was pushed along to make ground 7L at Gundagai Bm66 over 1180m Soft 5.

Led, tried hard but was ultimately outclassed into third placing 2.1L at Sapphire Coast Bm66 over 1005m. Applied pressure to the leader but had nothing left at the finish, sixth 2.5L at Wagga Cl3 over 1000m.

Made up some ground but never looked a danger 3.8L at Narromine Ctry Bm58 over 1100m. One-paced to the line and always well back 4.5L at Dubbo Bm82 over 1100m. Should find this easier.

Ridden off the speed but produced best over the concluding stages when second 2.4L at Mudgee Bm66 over 2000m Heavy 8. Great gallop to fly late into second spot after getting back in the running 5.4L at Dubbo Bm58 over 2200m Soft 5.

Had a big task ahead settling well back in the running 6.6L at Beaumont Newcastle Bm66 over 1350m. Settled midfield not far off the leaders but couldn't make ground 5L at Narromine Ctry Bm58 over 1100m. Won second-up in the past.

Raced on the pace, placed under hard riding and tired into fifth 8.7L at Muswellbrook F&M Bm66 over 1280m Heavy 8. Led and gave a sight before being easily beaten into fourth 3.1L at Bathurst Billaspros(79) over 1100m Soft 5. Second-up.

Held off rivals for a soft win 1.4L at Orange Mdn-Sw over 1300m Soft 5. Disappointed after finding a nice seat on the pace 4.8L at Muswellbrook Cl2 over 1000m Soft 5. Second-up.

Sat behind the leaders and appeared to have every chance 5.5L at Albury Bm58 over 1600m. Flew home from the 400m for an eye-catching run for third 0.6L at Orange Bm58 over 1000m. Won second-up in the past.

Loomed ominously on the lead but outgunned late when runner-up 0.5L at Orange Bm58 over 1000m. Under extreme pressure to keep pace with the front-runners 4.7L at Dubbo Bm58 over 1000m.

Nicely positioned to come into the race as winning chance but beaten into third 1.2L at Scone Bm66 over 1000m. Under pressure in the lead and had to pull out all stops to hold fifth 2.6L at Goulburn Cg&E Cl1 over 1100m.
