Had a big task ahead settling well back but finished off ok 2.7L at Balaklava 2Up Mdn-Sw over 1200m. Fought off rivals to win after settling just off the speed 0.4L at Balaklava 3Up Mdn-Sw over 1400m.

Looked in control winning 0.8L at Pukekura Mdn over 2000m Soft 5. Poised to bounce at the 400m however didn't have a lot left to give 7.3L at Balaklava Bm60 over 1600m. Second-up.
