Tried to sustain a long run on the pace but dropped out sharply 6.8L at Taree Bm66 over 1000m Soft 6. Set sail for home in front but was overhauled quickly for sixth 1.1L at Grafton Bm82 over 1005m. Nicely placed by trainer here.

Tracked into the race well from a forward position but was no match fifth 2.4L at Port Macquarie Bm66 over 1100m Soft 6. Took over at the 400m however found one better when second 3.4L at Taree Bm66 over 1250m Soft 6. Can't underestimate at this track/distance.

Ran on well and looked a winning chance but was edged out into third spot 1.8L at Port Macquarie Bm66 over 1100m Soft 6. Made some impression after getting back worse than midfield 3L at Grafton Bm82 over 1005m. Should find this easier.

Run off legs early but did beat a few home late for fifth 6L at Taree Bm66 over 1000m Soft 6. Couldn't quicken when asked for the effort after positioning worse than midfield 4.4L at Port Macquarie Bm66 over 1100m Soft 6.

Took over at the 400m however found one better when second 3.5L at Taree Bm66 over 1000m Soft 6. Disappointed after finding a nice seat on the pace 1.7L at Grafton Bm82 over 1005m. Like chances back to this level.

Got past a few horses late for fifth but never a threat from so far back 5.5L at Gosford Prov Bm68 over 1000m Soft 5. Settled with leader fighting on gallantly, edged out late for fifth 0.7L at Mudgee Bm66 over 1100m.

Made up some ground from midfield in a grinding effort 2.9L at Beaumont Newcastle Ctry Bm66 over 1150m Soft 6. Landed behind the speed however only one-paced into sixth 3.1L at Taree Cl2 Bm62 over 1000m Soft 6. Second-up.

Stormed home to win after getting well back in the running 1.5L at Beaumont Newcastle Ctry Bm66 over 1150m Soft 6. Got back worse than midfield running on ok late into sixth 2L at Muswellbrook Ctry Bm66 over 1280m Soft 5.

Got going late but never looked a serious threat 2.2L at Aquis Park Gold Coast Cl1-Sw over 1400m. Never likely to threaten after positioning midfield in transit 6.2L at Eagle Farm Cl1-Sw over 1600m.

Restrained back to midfield always under the pump to run on 7.8L at Newcastle Bm64 over 900m. Got back worse than midfield running on ok late into fifth 2.8L at Taree Cl2 Bm62 over 1000m Soft 6.

Liked the way it got home into sixth after being in an impossible settling position 3.6L at Gosford Bm64 over 1000m. Always doing the chasing after displaying no early speed 4L at Scone Bm66 over 1000m.

Went forward to challenge, weakening noticeably in the straight 5.3L at Port Macquarie Bm66 over 1100m Soft 6. Didn't come into the race after settling midfield 4.6L at Scone Bm66 over 1000m.

Too far back in the running to be a serious threat 7L at Taree Cl2 over 1412m Soft 7. Tried hard but it was always an uphill battle from settling position 6.7L at Canberra Acton Bm70 over 1750m Synthetic. Has won first-up, consider.

Sat on the pace and was only run down in the last 100m for third 0.8L at Taree Cl3 over 1000m Soft 6. No match for the winner but did make up late ground into fourth 2.2L at Port Macquarie Bm66 over 1100m Soft 6.
