Challenged for the lead but held rivals at bay to win 0.5L at Echuca 0 - 56 over 1618m. Led, challenged but showed great courage to hold on for the win 0.4L at Kilmore Bm62 over 2007m Soft 6.

Midfield, pushed along to compete but caught flat-footed when sixth 6.5L at Warrnambool Mdn-Sw over 2350m. Looked in control of the race a long way from home and won impressively 6L at Ararat Mdn-Sw over 2206m.

Always doing the chasing after displaying no early speed 10.6L at Ballarat 0 - 62 over 1500m. Got back worse than midfield running on ok late into fifth 2.1L at Ballarat Bm66 over 2000m.
