Nicely positioned just off the pace but came up empty when it mattered fifth 3.7L at Geraldton Mdn over 1100m. Pressed forward to sit with leaders, whacked away but no match sixth 5.4L at Geraldton Mdn over 1200m.

Went forward to contend for the lead and held on well for second 1L at Geraldton Mdn over 1117m. Found the lead early but was run down for second 1.2L at Dongara Mdn over 1200m.

Raced worse than midfield and labored to make up enough ground sixth 12.8L at Narrogin Mdn Hcp 46+ over 1190m Soft 5. Hit the front trying to fight off challengers but was no match sixth 4.1L at Kalgoorlie Mdn over 1400m Soft 5.

Got back worse than midfield running on ok late into fifth 2.9L at Northam Mdn over 1300m Soft 5. Led, gave everything to hold on however found one better finishing second 2L at Geraldton Mdn over 1413m.

Ran on well into third from sitting midfield 1.4L at Geraldton Cl1 over 1117m. Faded into sixth and appeared to be given every hope on the speed 6L at Geraldton Mdn over 1200m.
