Resumes after a break of nearly two years. Finished off last campaign with a eighth in a hurdle (3600m) at Strasbourg, beaten 71 lengths. Others appear better placed.

Wasn't far from the winner when resuming from a 210-day layoff on the flat last start, beaten 6 lengths into third at Mannheim over 1900m. That run was the first for the Christian Von Der Recke yard.

Two runs this prep have been moderate. Kicked off with an unplaced effort in a steeplechase (3850m) at Fontainebleau then finished eighth last time in a steeplechase (4100m) at Lyon-Parilly. Certainly worth including.

Finished ninth when fresh from a spell last start in a hurdle (3800m) at Strasbourg, with today's rider Antonin Roussel aboard. Will strip fitter but needs to go up a notch.

Returns for a new yard today and is making his jumps debut. Definite winning chance first up.

Yet to hit the frame this campaign, last start well fancied but finishing fifth in a Montlucon-Neris steeplechase and beaten 7 lengths. Rates well on best and can sneak into the finish with the right run.
