Dispensed with the maiden tag on latest appearance tackling 3200m at Gowran Park. Hard to discount representing Willie Mullins and Rich Ricci. In the mix.

Made a winning return from a 126-day layoff last time out in a maiden hurdle at Fairyhouse. Before that first-up run he went to the Paul Nolan yard. Others rate better.

Stepped up considerably in class when fifth in the G1 Prix Cambaceres at Auteuil most recently. Laid off for 114 days since. Not ruled out for a yard seeking a hat-trick in this contest.

The choice of JJ Slevin, from a yard seeking three consecutive victories in this race. Likely laid off for this since concluding the last campaign with a 1L success over 3400m at Cork. In the mix.

The second string of two Nicky Henderson-trained runners. Defeated by 3.5L in third in the G2 Dovecote Novices' Hurdle at Kempton on latest appearance. Can return to winning form now handicapping.

Consistent performer who has yet to finish unplaced from five appearances over hurdles. Defeated 2.25L behind Manlaga over 3100m at Haydock most recently. Tougher task this time around.

Finished seventh on last start in the G2 Finesse Juvenile Novices' Hurdle over 3400m at this track after a win in easier company prior to that at Leopardstown. This appears outside his grasp. Prepared to risk.
