Raced worse than midfield and labored to make up enough ground sixth 7.2L at Ladbrokes Geelong Mdn-Sw over 2470m Soft 5. Made up ground from the back for fifth but ultimately settled too far back 7L at Horsham Mdn-Sw over 2100m.

Enormous effort to get so close to the winner when third 1.3L at Camperdown Mdn-Sw over 1400m. Had no pace early but once balanced up ran ok strongly for sixth 2.9L at Sportsbet Sandown Hillside Mdn-Sw over 1600m.
