Pericles was solid in two trials in Sydney and has a great fresh record. He won the G2 Tramway over 1400m last time he was first up. He’s yet to win at this track or in this grade but rarely runs a bad race.

First up since his near miss in the Cox Plate, Buckaroo is yet to miss a place at this track and ran a super third in the Memsie won by Treasurethe Moment. He’s more than capable and can run a bold race.

Back and keen, checked off heels, big finish, 3rd 1.6L in Golden Eagle over 1500m. Gave a sight out in front and was game into third 2L C F Orr G1 over 1400m. Tends to race better with a run under his belt but his jumpouts have been great.

Enjoyed a nice run in transit and kept coming to run second 2L Aust Stks G2 over 1200m. Was there to challenge but could only hold ground for third 3.9L Heffernan G3 over 1400m. Third up and hard fit means he could challenge.

Sat just behind the leaders and ran on well for the win 0.8L Railway G1 over 1600m. Caught the eye storming home from back in the field for second 0.2L Northerly G1 over 1800m. Yet to miss a place fresh and loves 1400m.

Ridden just off the pace and was unlucky not to have won when second to Tom Kitten 0.2L Heffernan Group 3 over 1400m. He is a winner twice when second up and maps to get a lovely run from the draw.

She showed she can be dynamic fresh over this trip when she won the G1 Memsie. She's looked really nice in her jumpouts winning the last with ease. She maps to get the right run and can add another G1 to her CV.

Back and keen, took rails run, got there 0.2L Five Diamonds Listed over 1800m. Was given too much to do from well back in G1 Northerly over 1800m. She went to a new level last prep and looked nice in a recent jumpout.

Made great ground to finish 3rd 1.4L Toorak Hcp G1 over 1600m. Midfield, came home well but found one better 4.5L Empire Rose G1 over 1600m. Produced a big run fresh last prep over this trip, capable of taking this out.
