Made up some ground when the race was over into fifth 1.5L at Wangaratta 4Up Mdn-Sw over 1170m.

Pushed forward to sit behind the speed but did little from there 4.5L at Wangaratta 3Yf Mdn-Sw over 1400m. Went forward to challenge, weakening noticeably in the straight 8.2L at Picklebet Park Werribee Mdn-Sw over 1114m. Second-up.
