Couldn't muster a sprint in the straight after camping behind the leaders 14.3L at Northam Mdn over 1300m. Tracked into the race just behind the pace and did little when it mattered 5.7L at Bunbury Mdn over 1400m. Second-up.

Got back in the running and always had a tough task ahead 19L at Bunbury Mdn over 2200m. Settled just off the pace and hit the line nicely for second 1.9L at Pinjarra Scarpside Mdn over 1600m.

Nicely positioned behind the leaders but failed to finish off 9L at Pinjarra Park Mdn over 2000m. Created own luck going forward but couldn't sustain that run late 6.6L at Ascot Mdn over 1800m.

Applied pressure to the leader but had nothing left at the finish, fifth 2.5L at Geraldton Mdn over 1600m. Tried very hard under vigorous riding from midfield but outclassed sixth 18L at Geraldton Mdn over 1925m.
