Gelding by Derryn making his first appearance. Finished sixth in a Foxton trial over 1000m on November 11. Did not show a great deal at the trials and prefer to see in a race before backing.

Filly by Preferment on debut. Trial form indicates she's up to a solid debut. Was runner-up in a trial at Foxton on January 13 over 1200m. Worth consideration.

Was at a huge quote at debut, 10th of 12 at Otaki on December 19 over 1400m, on a slow track; 11 len behind John Doe carrying 58.5kg at $58.30. Trialled on January 13 at Foxton over 1000m and finished eighth. Others look better.
