Just failed to bridge the gap on the leaders when a nice fourth 1.6L at Mornington Bm70 over 1200m. Tried hard but it was always an uphill battle from settling position 7.7L at Ladbrokes Geelong Bm70 over 1400m.

Got back and battled to improve positions when sixth 3.9L at Caulfield Bm74 over 1800m Soft 6. Restrained back to midfield always under the pump to run on 5.3L at Flemington Bm70 over 1800m.

Fought on well for fourth 2.7L at Wangaratta Bm62 over 1590m Soft 5. Gave a sight out in front before being reeled in slowly but surely 0.3L at Colac Bm62 over 1610m.

Ran on ok late but gave leaders a big head start 5.7L at Caulfield Heath Bm66 over 1200m. Didn't come into the race after settling midfield 19.5L at Southside Cranbourne Bm70 over 1500m.

Made up good late ground for fifth after being in an impossible position at the rear 3.2L at Sportsbet Sandown Lakeside Bm70 over 1400m. One-paced to the line and always well back 7.8L at Southside Cranbourne Bm70 over 1500m.

Running on late into sixth after getting too far back to get warm 3.7L at Caulfield Heath Bm74 over 1200m. Had the winning post in sight after going forward but then dropped out for sixth 6.7L at Ladbrokes Geelong Bm70 over 1400m.

Tracked into the race just behind the pace and did little when it mattered 14L at Southside Pakenham Bm70 over 1600m Soft 5. Stormed home for a close second after getting back 0.4L at Mornington Bm70 over 1500m.

Went forward to contend for the lead and held on well for second 0.8L at Ballarat Bm70 over 2000m Soft 5. Raced midfield but couldn't bridge the gap when fourth 8.9L at Southside Pakenham 0 - 66 over 1600m Heavy 9.

Was back in transit but produced best late for an encouraging third 0.8L at Southside Cranbourne Cl1 over 1200m. Trailed nicely midfield, pressed to keep up and only managed fifth 3.5L at Sportsbet Sandown Lakeside F&M Bm66 over 1400m.

Very competitive run finishing fourth after racing just off the pace 2.3L at Seymour Bm62 over 1422m. Failed to improve on the front runners after settling midfield 2.9L at Seymour Bm62 over 1600m.

Never a threat after showing no early speed from the barriers 8L at Yarra Valley Bm56 over 1514m. Hardly sighted in the race until the final stages grabbing sixth 6.4L at Hanging Rock Bm52 over 1800m. Proven here at this track/distance.
