The start before that came from midfield and won by a head at Riccarton Park November 8 over 2000m defeating Peachy Keen carrying 57.5kg at $4.70. Likely to feature again.

Mare returning from a spell and has won previously when first up. Finished off last campaign seventh of 11 at Riccarton Park August 9 over 1800m, on heavy track; 17 len behind He's Tunza Grunt with 51.5kg at $27.20. First up last campaign ran last of 12 at Kumara January 11 over 1810m, soft track; 7 len behind Treybon with 55.5kg at $41.40. Expecting a positive return.

Recent form sound. At the latest run made some head-way from midfield; 3rd of 10 at Wingatui on December 26 over 2200m, on a slow track; 2.5 len behind Mayor Of Norwood with 54kg at $29. The start before that came home strongly from last on the turn; 4th of 11 at Cromwell on November 28 over 2030m, slow going 4 len behind Shaking Stevens with 54kg at $11.90. Making headway. Not far off a win and is a definite winning hope.
