Got back in the running and made ground without threatening fourth 3.3L at Bendigo Bm78. Held position strongly to the line but was never a serious threat 2.9L at Cranbourne Bm80 over 1200m. Much easier task but does not win often.

Ran on ok for fifth after settling midfield in transit 2.4L at Sandown Lakeside Bm70 over 1600m Soft 5. Always chasing after settling back and passed a few tired ones late 2.7L at Sandown Hillside Bm74 over 1600m Soft 5. Might need further.

Led, fought on strongly but was nailed on the line into second 0.1L at Swan Hill Bm78 over 1200m. Came from a mile back to get within a few lengths 2.8L at Sandown Hillside Bm70 over 1300m Soft 5. 1200m suits first up off two jump-outs.

Sent forward and gave backers a sight before weakening into sixth 1.7L at Southside Cranbourne Bm62 over 955m. Settled midfield not far off the leaders but couldn't make ground 4.4L at Caulfield Heath Bm70 C,G&E over 1200m Soft 5.

Had chance to come into the race when fourth 3L at Bendigo Bm66 over 1300m. Did pass a few tired horses but ultimately left run too late 4.2L at Picklebet Park Wodonga Bm66 over 1100m.

Gave the leaders a head start but showed best work late for third 2.5L at Caulfield Heath Bm66 over 1000m. Weakened out of the race after doing a lot of chasing 3.5L at Picklebet Park Werribee Bm66 over 1100m.

Scooted home into third placings for an eye-catching run 2.5L at Kyneton Bm66 over 1203m Heavy 8. Yielded into sixth place after going forward and sitting behind the leaders 3L at Mornington F&M Bm62 over 1200m.

Got back worse than midfield running on ok late into fifth 2.9L at Picklebet Park Wodonga Bm62 over 1200m. Enjoyed a cosy run behind the leaders but only held ground for fifth 3.1L at Caulfield Heath Bm66 over 1000m.
