Ran on ok for fifth after settling midfield in transit 2.7L at Warwick Farm. Went forward to contend for the lead and held on well for second 0.7L at Rosehill Gardens. He should be rock hard fit and ready to fire third-up.

A win doesn't look far away after a eye-catching third from well back 2.9L at Hawkesbury F&M Mdn-Sw over 1400m. Challenged for the front and tired late into fourth 1.2L at Canterbury Park 3&4Y Mdn-Sw over 1550m.
