Got back in the running and always had a tough task ahead 9.7L at Narrandera Mdn-Sw over 1000m Soft 6. Went forward to sit just off the leaders but served up a below par finish 23L at Wodonga Mdn-Sw over 1100m Heavy 8.

Couldn't quicken when asked for the effort after positioning worse than midfield 15.2L at Warrnambool Mdn-Sw over 1000m Heavy 8. Sat on the pace and was only run down in the last 100m for third 0.7L at Dubbo Mdn over 1000m.

Weakened out of the race after doing a lot of chasing 15.1L at Wellington Well Boot over 1100m Soft 7. Pushed forward to sit behind the speed but did little from there 7.8L at Muswellbrook 3Y Mdn-Sw over 1000m. Second-up.
