Settled midfield not far off the leaders but couldn't make ground 7.6L at Moe Mdn-Sw over 2088m Soft 6. Settled on the pace and had chance to win but out-gunned for second 0.8L at Traralgon Mdn-Sw over 1430m. Second-up.

Weakened into fifth after tracking into the race nicely just off the pace 4L at Seymour Mdn-Sw over 1600m. Led the field at the 400m but couldn't sustain that thrust 2.3L at Echuca Mdn-Sw over 1600m.
