Previously first up; seventh of 9 at Ellerslie Mdn-Sw April 9 over 1400m, soft track; 6 len behind She's A Dealer with 58.5kg at $11.80. Capable of a bold return.

Recent form sound. At the latest run set the pace for much of the race 2nd of 13 at Tauranga on November 1 over 1400m, on a slow track; head behind Happy Venture carrying 58.5kg at $12.80. The start before that rolled along in front then was edged out late 2nd of 11 at Te Aroha on October 22 over 1400m, slow going long-neck behind What A Yarn carrying 54kg at $15.10. Strong effort last time and looks a leading hope.

Third-up today. Resuming came from midfield; 2nd of 12 at Taupo on October 10 over 1000m, slow going 1.3 len behind Hot Card with 58.5kg at $18.10. Second run from a spell 9th of 13 at Te Aroha on October 22 over 1150m, on a slow track; 5.5 len behind Waiata with 58.5kg at $5.70. Great chance to atone.

Third-up today. First-up 5th of 12 at Ellerslie on September 20 over 1200m, on a slow track; 2.5 len behind Love Symbol with 55.5kg at $18.50. Second-up ran last in a small field at Matamata on October 4 over 1400m, in the wet; 7 len behind Smart Tip carrying 58.5kg at $6.20. Rates highly and is among the chances.

First starter. Four-year-old gelding by Turn Me Loose out of Keep Thinking. At the most recent trial finished sixth at Ellerslie over 1100m. Worth consideration.

Previously second-up second last of 9 at Matamata on May 14 over 1200m, on heavy track; 7 len behind Alacritous with 57.5kg at $23.70. Strips fitter and should be in the mix.

At debut, 4th of 13 at Matamata on October 17 over 1400m, on a slow track; 3 len behind Bradley carrying 56kg at $5.50. Has ability and is expected to go well.

Three-year-old gelding (Staphanos - Moonshine Lucy) who was bought for NZD $ 10,000 (NZB 2025 Karaka - Book 2). He has three recent trials leading in today's debut. Won his most recent trial at Cambridge Synthetic over 1300m on September 30. Capable of a solid performance.

At debut, 7th of 14 at Ellerslie on October 18 over 1200m, 6 len behind Miss Fladgate with 56kg at $14.40. Open to plenty of improvement.

Resumes from a spell after only one run when 7th of 9 at Cambridge Synthetic on June 4 over 1300m, 5.5 len behind Karyon with 56.5kg at $5. Looks forward enough after a recent trial win. Expecting her to hit the ground running this campaign.

Four-year-old mare (Sweynesse - Pistol Packin Mama) will no doubt benefit from the six trials prior to her debut today. Fourth at Te Awamutu in a 850m trial on October 9. Wait and see what she can do.

Jumped at big odds at debut, 6th of 12 at this track on October 8 over 1200m, on rain affected going; 6 len behind Pulsatilla carrying 55kg at $41. Don't think she will trouble this field.
