Couldn't muster a sprint in the straight after camping behind the leaders 8.9L at Apiam Bendigo Mdn-Sw over 1300m. No match for rivals and never progressed into the race from midfield 10.1L at Mildura Mdn-Sw over 1400m.

Ridden off the speed but produced best over the concluding stages for second 1.3L at Swan Hill Mdn-Sw over 1200m. Flew to the line in an impressive gallop for second but got too far back 0.8L at Bendigo Mdn-Sw over 1300m.

Didn't finish the race off when fifth after lobbing behind the speed 7.2L at Mildura Mdn-Sw over 1400m. Nice effort for fourth when running on late 8.4L at Mindarie-Halidon 3Up Mdn-Sw over 1380m.

Took over at the 400m however found one better when second 3L at Mildura Mdn-Sw over 1400m. Leading early but gave in once placed under pressure fifth 3.7L at Horsham Mdn-Sw over 1400m.

Ran on nicely into fourth from midfield 6.8L at Mildura Mdn-Sw over 1400m. Slow to get going and it always had the task ahead hanging on sixth 6.5L at Avoca Mdn-Sw over 1300m Soft 5.
