Races PRB Southwell - ENG

Returns after a spell of three months. Closed the last campaign in lukewarm fashion, with a sixth over 1400m at Redcar the latest offering. Plenty more attractive propositions in this race.

Has been easily accounted for at long odds in his last two appearances. Hard to enthuse.

Showed good speed last start from gate 9 but weakened late to finish ninth over 1200m at Leicester. Others rate better.

Was beaten just half a length when third at her latest appearance at Ayr over 1200m. Winning chance.

Beaten a neck into second at Windsor two starts ago then appeared at Windsor last time and finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in fourth. Can do much better this time.

Finished third at Nottingham two runs back then turned in a handy run again when fourth over 1000m at Nottingham last start. Up in trip and is worth some thought.

Fair effort last start, beaten 2 lengths into third over 1200m at this track. Should run well again and is definitely in the mix.

12-start maiden who looks close to a win after a narrow defeat last time over 1400m at Carlisle, finishing third. Right in this.

Has been out of the money in recent runs including last time out when fourth over 1200m at Thirsk two-and-a-half weeks ago, beaten 6 lengths. Expect she will make amends.

Placed two starts back at Newcastle All Weather before struggling to win in easier grade at Redcar over 1000m last time out. Hard to see him winning this with form like that.
