Got back in the running and always had a tough task ahead 8.3L at Warwick Bm58 over 2000m. Never a threat after showing no early speed from the barriers 5.8L at Sunshine Coast Bm58 over 1800m Soft 6.

Positioned midfield and had chance to run on but ultimately outclassed 6.6L at Gatton Bm65 over 1600m. Set the tone leading at the 400m but couldn't go with the winner when fifth 3.6L at Toowoomba Bm62 over 1890m Heavy 8.
