Steward's Comments: For a short distance after the start became unbalanced. Raced keenly and then hung out from the 700m and was eased down by its rider. Rdr said mount hung out and then felt amiss and for this reason he eased horse out of race. Post race vet exam revealed lame near hind leg. Vet cert and to trial. Tnr to report back.
