Failed to improve on the front runners after settling midfield 4.7L at Ascot Westspeed 0Mwly over 1000m. One-paced to the line and always well back 10.6L at Pinjarra Park Cl3 over 1200m.

Hard ridden to make ground but ultimately settled too far back 7.4L at Bunbury Rtg 54+ over 2013m. Came with a barnstorming finish but ultimately left run too late when fourth 2.4L at Bunbury Rtg 46+ over 1400m.

Given every chance after sitting behind speed and held spot for fourth 3.5L at Port Hedland Rtg 55+ over 1600m Dirt. Enjoyed a cosy run behind the leaders but only held ground for fifth 35.3L at Broome Cl2 over 1600m Dirt.
