Grade 2 winner. Scored a big win two months ago in a steeplechase (4900m) at Punchestown. That result followed a solid second in a steeplechase (5200m) at Aintree. Likely to figure prominently again.

Multiple Grade 1 winner. Disappointed when sixth in the G2 Boyne Hurdle hurdle (4200m) at Navan first-up from a spell. Hard to beat on his best form. Can atone.

Grade 2 placegetter. Ran in a steeplechase (4770m) at Ludlow last start and was pulled up. Hard to recommend this time.

Was unplaced two back in a steeplechase (5900m) at this track then again missed out in a hurdle (5000m) at Plumpton last start. Won't find this easy.

Filled a minor prize two runs back in a steeplechase (5900m) at this track. Repeated the dose more recently when third in a steeplechase (4900m) at Punchestown, beaten 17 lengths. Might find this a bit too tough.

Multiple Grade 3 placegetter. First-up since December 28. Recorded two wins from six starts last preparation, finishing it off with a fourth in a hurdle (4700m) at Leopardstown. Looks one of the better hopes in the race.

Multiple Grade 3 winner. Filled a minor prize two back in a steeplechase (5900m) at this track then could only manage fifth last time in a steeplechase (4800m) at Kempton Park, beaten 38 lengths. Not sure he is up to this.

Grade 1 winner. Good run last time out in the G2 Boyne Hurdle hurdle (4200m) at Navan at big odds on a heavy surface on February 11. That effort puts him into calculations here. Looms as a leading contender.

Multiple Grade 1 winner. Returns from a 89-day spell. Generally goes well when fresh, with three wins and four placings from eight first-up runs.

Grade 2 winner. Reliable jumper who was outside the top-three most recently in a steeplechase (4900m) at Punchestown. That followed a solid second in the G2 Horse & Jockey Hotel Chase steeplechase (4000m) at Thurles two runs back.

Grade 1 placegetter. Back from a break of seven months. Wound up last campaign with a fifth in a hurdle (4800m) at Down Royal, beaten 59 lengths. Others appear better placed.
