Manage My Funds

There are 4 easy ways to deposit money into your account:

Credit Card

Credit Card

Register your Visa or MasterCard for account deposits by placing a deposit. If you have any issues then Customer Management Team can help on 1300 36 36 88.

Please note: TAB do not charge any fees for Credit Card deposits, however, some financial institutions charge Cash Advance fees direct to customers for deposits or prevent transactions made to wagering providers. Please contact your financial institution to see if you may be affected.

TABtouch Customers now have a daily Credit Card limit of up to $500.00 which increases to $1000 after your account has been open for 3 months. If you would prefer a lower limit please contact our Customer Management Team on 1300 36 36 88.

PayPal

PayPal gives you another Safe and Secure method to add fee free funds from your bank account, that are Instantly Accessible.

Cash deposits

To make cash deposits at a WA TAB agency (including PubTAB's), simply complete an ‘Account Deposit' ticket and hand it over with your cash. The minimum deposit is five dollars ($5.00).

BPay

Make payments to your account via BPay using Biller Code 1214 and your reference number (in most cases, this is your Account Number). The BPAY service operates 24 hours a day with next working day clearance for transactions made prior to 12pm WST (Monday to Friday).

For International Customers

Telegraphic Transfers can be used to transfer funds if you are an international customer or you are unable to utilise any other means of deposit. Contact our Customer Management Team on +61 8 9445 5391 for more information.

Refunds and Dividends

If you've backed a winner, the winning dividend will be credited to your account once the "all clear" has been given and the dividends released. If a refund is announced for any particular reason, (e.g. a late scratching) these are also credited to your account once the "all clear" has been given and the dividends released.

Cancellations

In the event you have had a particular bet cancelled, the cost of the bet will be automatically credited to your account.

Withdrawing Funds

When withdrawing funds from your TAB account you will be prompted to use a 4 digit PIN that was posted to you when you first opened your account. This is a separate number to your account number and online password.

EFT withdrawals

Nominate your bank details and withdrawals can then be made direct to your nominated bank account via any of our internet or mobile betting sites, or by calling the Customer Management Team.

To use this service you will be required to supply us with your BSB/Bank (6 digits), Account number and full name on account (if using a joint bank account please provide both account holders names).

Please note that your bank account must be in the same name as your TAB account. Proof of bank account details may be required.

Transfers can take 24 hours or more to deposit into your nominated bank account.

Cash withdrawals

To make cash withdrawals at a TAB Agency, follow these three simple steps:

  1. Complete an ‘Account Control' ticket with your account number and 4 digit pin;
  2. Follow that with an ‘Account Withdrawal' ticket indicating your withdrawal amount' and
  3. Finish with a blank ‘Account Control' ticket.

Don't forget to provide photographic proof of identity when making a withdrawal (eg driver's license with a photo) and always check with your TAB Agent before making large withdrawals (to make sure they have the necessary funds available).

Cash withdrawals can be made at RWWA Head Office with one day's notice required for large cash withdrawals.

Statements

A statement of your TAB Account is available on request by asking one of our Customer Service Centre representatives.
