Change My Password

  • You will need to logged in to change your password
  • Enter your account number
  • Enter your current Internet password
  • Enter your new Internet password
  • Reenter your new password to confirm
  • Press the "Change Password" button - your password will be updated

General Password Rules

  • When you use your password for the first time you will be required to change it to a new one
  • Your password must only consist of numbers and can be either 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 digits long
  • A password cannot be the same as the current password or the previous four passwords
  • The same digit cannot appear more than twice in succession
  • You cannot change your password more than once within 24hrs
  • It is recommended that you change your password regularly
  • A password cannot be the same as the account number
  • If your account has not been used over the Internet for a period of 400 days your Logon and password will be deleted and your account closed automatically. To reopen simply contact our Customer Management Team on 1300 36 36 88.
