- Only MasterCard or VISA is accepted for credit card transactions.
- The credit card nominated must be in the same name as the RWWA account.
- Only one credit card can be registered against each account and only that card will be recognized by the system.
- The minimum daily account deposit is $20 and the maximum deposit is $200, unless extended limits have been approved.
- There is no limit on the number of credit card account transactions per day, within the maximum deposit limit.
- Requests can be made to have the limit lifted between $200 and $1000.00 by contacting the Customer Management Team by calling 1300 36 36 88 or email infoserv@rwwa.com.au. A copy of the front of the credit card must be sighted by the Customer Management Team for limits above $200. Requests with a copy of the card can be scanned and emailed, faxed or posted.
- Deposits to your account with a credit card cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- No fees for credit card deposits to TAB accounts are applied by RWWA. Please check with your bank if fees are applicable.
- RWWA reserves the right to determine the acceptance of credit card transactions from any customer.
- Customers can have the credit card deposit facility blocked by calling 1300 36 36 88. Cards can be unblocked by providing a request in writing to the Customer Management Team (email or fax). A cooling-off period of 7 days will apply.
Please note: TAB do not charge any fees for Credit Card deposits, however, some financial institutions charge Cash Advance fees direct to customers for deposits or prevent transactions made to wagering providers. Please contact your financial institution to see if you may be affected.
At present, we can confirm that the following bank issued Visa and MasterCards will not allow transactions with wagering providers:
- Citibank
- CUA
- IMB
- Suncorp
- Virgin
To increase your daily credit card limit above $200:
- To increase the daily limit above $200, please submit a legible copy of the front of the credit card to the Customer Management Team
- Include details of your TAB account number, name and contact number plus the required daily amount
- Forward to the Customer Management Team using one of the following methods:
